Who we are

Skrypost is a social media scheduling platform. This page is maintained by the Skrypost team to explain how the product handles data. It is a plain-language summary, not a certification or independent audit.

Data we collect

Account details you provide (name, email address), the workspaces and campaigns you create, the content and media you schedule, and the social profile connections you authorise. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Connected social profiles

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok, we store the access credentials issued by that platform so scheduled posts can be published on your behalf. You can disconnect a profile at any time from the workspace settings, which revokes our access.

How we use data

To operate your account, publish the posts you schedule, show publishing activity and status, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Content is shared with the social platforms you explicitly connect, in order to publish it. We also use infrastructure providers to host the application and its database. Contact us if you need our current list of subprocessors.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. Deleting a workspace removes its posts and profile connections. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data from live systems.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us using the contact page and we will respond.
